Chase.com Confusing Interface, Incorrect Details
Even though I carefully followed the instructions, ran into big problems when I tried to schedule a transfer between my accounts, went to the "Transfer money" section of "Pay & transfer," there were no clear prompts or choices in the interface for picking the "From" and "To" accounts, hard to figure out how to schedule a one-time or recurring transfer, which made it hard to move forward with confidence somehow in the end, saw that the transfer details were not reflected correctly based on what I had chosen. I’m not sure how reliable and correct the Chase.com transfer process is…I need quick and real help from whatever customer service you have. The transfer process is a puzzle as it is.
