I have been using the Chamet app for about a month, and I am extremely disappointed with how unsafe the platform has become. Recently, I encountered a female user who pretends to be modest at first but then hosts explicit +18 live shows. When I refused to support her during a PK battle, she began verbally insulting me during her stream. What is worse, she later gave my account details to three male users, who also started harassing and cursing at me.
I immediately reported this behavior through the in-app system, but Chamet has taken no real action to stop the abuse. Allowing users to engage in offensive behavior, harassment, and unsafe activities damages the trust and credibility of the platform. If such actions continue unchecked, this app risks being associated with harmful and dangerous behavior.
I am requesting Chamet to permanently ban this user’s account, apply strict device-level bans if necessary, and ensure that harassment and explicit abuse are not tolerated. If the company fails to take this matter seriously, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint outside the platform. Please act quickly and responsibly to protect your community.
