Chamet Removed Free Calls After September 1 Update
After the update made to the Chamet video call app on 1 September, I stopped receiving free calls immediately after logging in. Previously, as soon as I did a quick login, I would automatically be given free call minutes without having to register my phone number. After the update, free calls are now only given if I bind and verify my phone number, which I do not want to do. The app now presents these free calls as a “welcome bonus” that is only granted in exchange for binding the phone number. My clear request is to receive free calls again directly upon login, just as it was before the 1 September update, without the requirement to register my phone number. I sent around 4–5 complaints to Chamet support about this change, but I have not received any response. I find it unacceptable that such an important change was made without an alternative option and that my complaints were ignored. I kindly request that the previous system be restored for users like me who do not wish to bind their phone number, or that an equivalent solution be offered so that we can again receive free calls immediately after login.
