Brand-New CFMOTO CF 450 L ATV Brake Failure After 5 Days
On December 26, 2025, I purchased a brand-new CFMOTO CF 450 L ATV from Motocity İsmail Bilek Pazarlama A.Ş., Çorlu branch. After using the vehicle for only five days, I experienced a front brake fluid leak and returned the ATV to the authorized CFMOTO service center in Çorlu on December 29, 2025.
Experiencing a brake-related issue in such a short time on a brand-new vehicle was already concerning, but the way the process has been handled has caused even greater frustration. When I delivered the ATV to the service center, I clearly stated that I expected a replacement. However, I received no updates.
For a full 45 days, no one contacted me. When I called to follow up, I was told that the issue allegedly resulted from using the vehicle with the parking brake engaged and that it would not be covered under warranty. I was informed that repairs could be completed for $165.
To avoid further delays, I agreed to pay the $165. Despite being told that payment was pending, no repair has been completed and my ATV has still not been returned to me.
During this time, I spoke with CFMOTO and the dealership at least five times by phone. Each time, I was told that they were waiting for parts from the factory. Meanwhile, I was not properly informed that the issue had supposedly been excluded from warranty coverage.
Although I completed all registration, license plate, and insurance procedures, I have neither received proper communication nor the delivery of my vehicle.
Because I purchased this ATV brand new, was only able to use it for five days, and have since been left waiting while it remains at the service center, I have completely lost confidence in the product and the company. Due to the inconvenience and loss of trust, I am no longer requesting a repair. I am demanding a full refund of the purchase price.
In accordance with my warranty and consumer protection rights, I request that my refund be processed promptly and in full.
