Hi Cerebrum IQ Team, I took the initial IQ test and received a score of 1.46—that was all I wanted. Today, I noticed a charge of $14.49 attempting to go through, which I did not authorize. I absolutely did not agree to receive any further services or information from your company.

I respectfully request that you refund this amount immediately and ensure that no further charges are made to my account. I await your prompt response.
