CeraVe Foaming Cleanser Caused Burning Redness and Breakouts

I purchased CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser from a pharmacy approximately 2-3 weeks ago and used it regularly for about 10 days. Right from the first application, I began experiencing a burning sensation on my skin. Subsequently, noticeable redness developed, particularly around my cheek area, and persisted for a long time despite my efforts. Throughout the period of use, breakouts increased, my pores became noticeably enlarged, and my skin assumed an unhealthy, oily, and dull appearance.
I have used various facial cleansing gels in the past, but I never encountered any issues of this nature. Therefore, I believe the problem is directly linked to this product, and I request an investigation into formulation ingredients that might trigger such adverse reactions in sensitive or acne-prone skin types.
Experiencing such negative effects on my skin barrier from a product marketed as "developed with dermatologists" has been a major disappointment. I demand that the company address this matter with utmost seriousness, subject the product to necessary quality and formulation testing, and contact me directly to resolve the grievance I experienced.
