My CapCut Pro annual subscription was renewed on December 14, 2025, and 1,199 TL was charged from my account for this renewal. However, two days later, on December 16, 2025, at 01:09, I noticed that an additional 1,999 TL was charged, again appearing as a subscription renewal for the same period. Being charged two different amounts for the same subscription period has both confused me and caused financial inconvenience. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted my bank, and they informed me that I needed to submit a refund request through Apple. Accordingly, I sent a refund request to Apple. However, I could not find a direct communication channel to contact CapCut, so I was unable to report the issue directly to the company. When I searched online, I also saw that many other users had experienced the same problem. I kindly request that my CapCut Pro annual subscription continue as normal, but that the 1,999 TL that was charged a second time at a higher amount be refunded to me as soon as possible.
