CapCut Premium Auto-Charged to My Vodafone Bill Without Permission
On October 6, 2025, a ₺999.90 mobile payment was charged to my account without my consent through the CapCut app on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, via the Apple Store. I noticed that there is an active CapCut subscription listed under my Apple account, but I never activated it. When I tried to cancel the subscription, the system did not allow me to do so, and the subscription still appears active.
The transaction occurred in Kadıköy, Istanbul, and the payment was billed directly to my Vodafone mobile line. My Apple ID is c*@windowslive.com**. I attempted to reach Apple and CapCut customer support by phone, but I couldn’t reach anyone. I also contacted Vodafone, but they were unable to provide a solution or issue a refund.
Since this charge was made without my authorization, I have suffered financial harm. I request an immediate refund of the ₺999.90 payment and the complete cancellation of my CapCut subscription. I also expect clarification from both Apple and CapCut about how such unauthorized transactions can occur through their systems.
