Candy Jar Unlimited Subscription Still Requires Extra Payments


I purchased an “unlimited” annual subscription on Candy Jar yesterday via the iOS app, believing that this would give me access to the episodes without additional payment. However, from the moment I started using the service, I have been asked to pay again, including being prompted to pay the same yearly amount again just to unlock episodes that should be included in the subscription. I am currently using the service from Greece, and I am being charged in EUR. I have the Apple transaction details for this annual “unlimited” subscription and can provide them if needed. I contacted Candy Jar/Apple support about this issue, but so far, I have not received any response. I request that my subscription be fixed so that I can access and watch all episodes as promised under the “unlimited” annual plan. If this cannot be done, I request a full refund of the annual subscription fee that I paid.
