Careless Caffè Nero Staff Serves Unblended Iced Coffee with Cold Attitude
About three days ago, I purchased an iced white chocolate mocha from the Caffè Nero location at Marmara Park Mall. While this drink is supposed to be blended with crushed ice like a frappe, mine was carelessly served with whole ice cubes and unmixed syrup.
The employee at the register who prepared the drink—who had a large tattoo on his right arm and an earring—was extremely cold and unwelcoming. Both the sloppy preparation of the drink and the employee's distant, off-putting attitude completely ruined my experience.
Combined with the store's overall lack of attention and welcoming atmosphere, this visit to the Marmara Park Mall Caffè Nero was truly terrible. After this incident, I do not plan on purchasing anything from any Caffè Nero location again. I expect your staff to take far more care in how they prepare products and interact with customers.
