Caffè Nero Hilltown Staff Is Rude – Unprofessional Attitude Ruins the Experience

As a regular customer at Caffè Nero Hilltown in İzmir, I visit at least 20 times a month due to my work at the mall. However, one of your shift managers consistently displays a rude and unfriendly attitude, making the experience uncomfortable.

She responds to simple questions harshly, never smiles, and acts as if customers are a burden. A manager should not behave this way! About 15-20 days ago, I entered at 8:55 AM, just before opening, and politely placed my order. Instead of explaining that orders start at 9 AM, she bluntly said, "We're closed!" A little courtesy goes a long way!

Today, there was no one in line, and she was standing idle at the register. I asked if she was taking orders, and she simply said "No." Her dismissive attitude is frustrating and ruins the experience. While the rest of the staff is polite and friendly, I cannot understand her arrogance and lack of professionalism.

Caffè Nero, please address this issue and ensure all staff members provide respectful and welcoming service.
