BYD Sealion 7 Has Been Waiting For Parts At Service For Four Months
I was involved in an accident with my BYD Sealion 7 on January 24, and I delivered my vehicle to the authorized BYD Volt service center in İzmir.
At the beginning of the process, I was informed that the repair would take approximately one month. However, despite four months having passed, my vehicle has still not been returned to me, and I continue to be told only that they are “waiting for parts.”
Throughout this process, I contacted the service center and related parties approximately 10 times, yet I was never given a clear delivery date. Every time, I was simply told that certain parts were still missing.
Because of this ongoing uncertainty, I have experienced serious inconvenience for a very long time and have been unable to use my vehicle at all.
I request that my vehicle be repaired completely and delivered to me as soon as possible. If this is not possible, then considering the significant and prolonged inconvenience I have experienced, I request that I be provided with a brand-new replacement vehicle in the same segment.
