I have been waiting for two months for Bybit to approve my crypto investment, but they keep delaying the process. I provided all necessary documents showing where the funds came from and where they were sent, yet there is still no approval. I have contacted their support team multiple times via email, but all I get is the same generic response: “Due to high volume, your request is delayed by another week.”
Every time I follow up after the delay, they extend it again without providing any real explanation. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I will never use Bybit again, and I urge them to resolve this issue immediately.
