I was deceived by a betting site called Bwin. At first, they told me to place a ₺2,000 bet, and afterward they claimed I had won. However, instead of paying me, they began threatening me with “lawsuits, tax authorities, and debt collection” to pressure me into sending them more money.
Under this pressure, I ended up transferring huge sums of money to them in stages: ₺17,500, ₺30,000, ₺25,000, and ₺40,000. After that, they demanded yet another ₺17,500. At that point, I had enough and told them I didn’t even want the so-called winnings anymore, I only wanted the money I had already sent returned. They refused.
All the transfers were made to an Enpara account under the name Can Çitirik. I now find myself in deep debt because I borrowed from my credit card and even from friends to cover these payments. This experience has been devastating, both financially and emotionally.
I demand that all the money I sent be refunded immediately. Bwin should not be allowed to operate with such intimidation tactics, hidden demands, and outright fraud. I have kept all payment records and proof of communication.
