Bwin Blocked My Account and Refused to Return My Money After Spin

Bwin offered me a casino spin bonus, but after the spin ended, I did not win anything and there was no wagering requirement to complete. Despite this, when I tried to withdraw my own deposited money, the withdrawal was blocked.

I contacted Bwin customer support, but instead of helping, they told me “You cannot withdraw until you finish the wagering requirement.” This made no sense, since I did not win from the spin and had no wagering left to complete. When I questioned this and insisted on withdrawing my own funds, they simply blocked my account.

As a result, I lost access to my account and my own deposited money was withheld. This is unfair, misleading, and shows that Bwin does not respect its customers or their funds.

I demand that Bwin unblock my account immediately and allow me to withdraw my deposited money without further conditions. A betting platform should not trap users by hiding behind false wagering rules when no winnings were made in the first place.
