Burger King Delivered Cold And Missing Order


On 24 May, I placed an order worth ₺670 via the Burger King application from the Burger King Safranbolu Karabük branch. All the products in my order were delivered cold and some items were missing. Despite this clear problem, neither a product replacement nor a refund was provided. Because of this situation, I contacted customer service three times. Each time I explained that the products were cold and incomplete, but no solution was offered and neither an exchange nor a refund was made. My order is registered in the application under the name Ayşe E***. I request that the fee I paid be refunded or that my entire order be resent properly, with all products complete and hot as they should be, and that this issue be reviewed so that similar problems do not recur.
