Rossmann Burberry Classic Purchase Lacks Performance and Scent Longevity
On June 19, I purchased a Burberry Classic perfume from the Rossmann store at Viaport Marina in Tuzla, Istanbul, paying approximately $90. However, ever since I started using the product, I noticed that the perfume has virtually no longevity and its scent is extremely faint. Shortly after application, the fragrance disappears completely, and even if I reapply it throughout the day, the result doesn't change.
Having a product from such a high-priced and well-known brand perform this poorly has been deeply disappointing. I haven't contacted the store or customer service regarding the product yet; I want my issue to be seen and resolved through this channel.
To resolve this grievance, I demand that the Burberry Classic perfume in question be accepted for return and that the amount I paid be refunded to me.
