Bumble Account Blocked Over Serious Unexplained Allegations

Approximately one month ago, my Bumble account was blocked without any valid reason, even though I had not violated the community guidelines in any way. I was accused of extremely serious misconduct, including making obscene gestures that violate public morality, offering sexual services in exchange for money, and abusive behavior. I did not insult anyone on the app, harass anyone, or violate any of the rules in any way. Nevertheless, being confronted with these allegations has seriously damaged my personal dignity and negatively affected my emotional well-being.

I accessed my account using my phone number, and my name was displayed as "M" on my profile. After experiencing this unfair treatment, I contacted the Bumble team by email. However, I received only generic, automated responses. I was given no explanation indicating that my case had been genuinely reviewed, nor was I told what the allegations were based on. I also specifically asked Bumble to explain what concrete evidence it had regarding these serious accusations against me, but no evidence was provided.

When my account was unfairly closed, all of my personal data, photos, and information remained associated with the account. I have received no explanation as to how this information is being stored or whether it has been deleted. As a user who has been subjected to such serious allegations and whose dignity has been harmed as a result, I demand a clear explanation of the specific grounds on which my account was permanently blocked, a thorough review of my account, and the removal of the block if it was imposed unfairly.

I would also like to state that I reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies regarding the allegations made against me and the handling of my personal data. However, before taking further action, I expect Bumble to take this matter seriously and provide me with a clear, individualized, and substantive response.
