Dear Car Trawler,

I expect you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. After reading the email from your customer service team, I was extremely frustrated by the unprofessional response. I completely reject your refusal to process my refund. I rented the car according to your schedule, and the reason I couldn’t access the vehicle was entirely beyond my control due to long passport lines.

Despite my attempts to reach out to your team, nobody responded or offered any assistance when I couldn’t access the car. The next morning, I tried contacting you again with no luck. I wasted the entire day trying to fix the situation, visiting Budget’s rental desk, only to be told the problem was caused by your company, which was proven true. With no help from your side, I had to resolve this myself, finally reaching your Italian number by midday to request a car pickup in Milan. Even for that, you provided no assistance.

If you don’t process my refund like any reputable company would, I will hand this matter over to my lawyer.
