BudgetAir Incorrect E-Ticket Name and $100 Change Fee
On February 9, 2024, I bought electronic tickets for 7 individuals to fly to America using BudgetAir. I made sure to carefully verify that all passenger names matched their passports precisely. However, after receiving the e-tickets, I noticed some inconsistencies in the names.
After verifying that the names on my passports were correct, BudgetAir has suddenly decided to impose a $100 fee per ticket for name corrections! I find this situation quite unacceptable, particularly because my initial entries were correct. I reached out to them regarding this matter, but their response has been unsatisfactory.
