Your Buddy.ai progress can disappear after closing the app because the app only saves your child’s learning data if you’ve created and logged into a Buddy account via the app’s Settings → My Account page; without an account, progress is stored locally and gets lost when the app is closed or reinstalled.
To keep your progress between sessions and devices, you must sign in with the same account every time you open the app.
Some users report that reinstalling or switching devices without signing into an account resets their progress to the beginning.
If you already use an account and still lose progress, this may be a bug or sync issue, so contact Buddy.ai support through the in-app settings for help restoring/storing your data.
