Jio Fails to Deliver Reliable Service Despite Price Hikes, I Regret Choosing It
Jio has been such a letdown that I'm honestly wondering why it got so buzzy. Even with full network bars visible, the internet connection is agonizingly slow. They seem to be there for ornamentation. Making calls is no better; half the time they simply drop midway through a chat, which is rather annoying, particularly when you're trying to manage work or deal with an emergency. You basically cannot rely on it. And avoid even starting me on customer service. They are a total waste of time, passing rehearsed responses at you without really addressing anything. To make matters worse, Jio keeps raising its plan rates while the service remains as poor as it has been. To be honest, spare yourself the work. Jio not worth your money nor the worry.
