I Swapped BTCBR to BNB on Coinbase Wallet but Still Haven’t Received My Funds

On November 29, 2024, at 17:04, I initiated a swap from BTCBR to BNB via my Coinbase Wallet. The transaction was executed on the BNB chain, and I even paid the transaction fee. According to BscScan, the swap is marked as “successful”, but the swapped BNB has not arrived in my wallet.

It has now been several days, and this transaction, which should have been instant, is still unresolved. I’ve checked everything multiple times—wallet address, transaction hash, network compatibility—and there is no mistake on my end. I trusted Coinbase Wallet to process this correctly, but instead I’ve been left in the dark with no explanation, no support, and missing funds.
