Missing BNB After Swapping 28,402,819 Elvish Magic Coins on Coinbase Wallet

I had a whopping 28,402,819 Elvish Magic Coins in my Coinbase Wallet, and I decided to make a smart move by swapping them for BNB. Unfortunately, the coins were deducted from my account, but I never received the BNB in return. It's been a whole week and the status just says "swapped" without any additional details. If I don't receive the BNB, I would appreciate getting my original coins back. I would greatly appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly, as it has been quite exasperating.
