My Brawl Stars account is locked, and I'm completely in the dark about the reason. This situation is particularly frustrating because they’re requesting an explanation for the lock, which I have no knowledge of at all. I’ve invested a considerable sum into this account over time, and now I find myself without access, without answers, and without any genuine assistance. The support system is merely a bot that endlessly repeats the same information and provides no real help. I’ve reached out several times for some clarity, but it seems like I'm just hitting a brick wall. This experience has left me feeling utterly overlooked as a customer. If this isn't resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action.
