Brawl Stars In-App Purchase Refund Issue - Payment Taken But No Gems Delivered

I purchased gems in Brawl Stars, but after the payment was processed, I received a message stating that the transaction could not be completed due to my age. Since the gems were not delivered, I requested a refund.

A representative from WhatsApp assured me that the refund would be processed within 1-7 days, but it has now been over 7 days, and I have yet to receive my refund. I’m frustrated with the delay and lack of resolution. Please assist in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
