Brawl Stars Account Locked After Security Request, Unable to Verify Ownership
I am writing about a problem with my Brawl Stars account on Android (Supercell). On 25/06/2026 I contacted support only to ask for better security on my account, but instead my account was locked and I have not been able to access it for three days. The support team later told me that they are not sure I am the real owner of the account, even though I provided information that only the original owner would know, such as my best in‑game friend, my email address and other specific details they requested. I have never made any purchases on this account, and I play from Egypt and contact support in Arabic. My main question is what exact information you still need from me so that you can confirm my ownership and unlock the account. I am ready to provide any additional details you require in order to verify that I am the legitimate owner of this account and to regain access to it.
