I purchased a Braun MQ7945X blender set for approximately $100 and have been experiencing ongoing problems with its accessories for about one year and ten months. During normal use and cleaning, the accessories began to crack, wear out, and deteriorate. Despite careful handling, these issues have recurred, and the product has not demonstrated the durability I expected. When the first faults occurred, I contacted service and Braun customer support, but they stated that the product was out of warranty and refused to assist. I took the matter to court, won the case, and the defective parts were replaced only by court decision and under compulsion. After the replacement, different faults occurred again in the accessories, and when I took the product back to the authorized service in Derince / Kocaeli, they again stated that there was no warranty and did not offer any solution. I am exhausted from repeatedly dealing with malfunctions and constantly struggling with service over warranty issues for a product that I paid $100 for and expected to be durable. I request that the faulty accessories of my Braun MQ7945X blender set be replaced free of charge and, if necessary, that the entire set be replaced or refunded, and that a permanent solution be provided so that I do not experience the same problems again.
