I Took an ADHD Test On BrainManager and Got a Hidden Charge

I assumed the ADHD personality test on BrainManager was safe, but I didn't know it would sign me up for a subscription. There was no clear notice or proof that I was signing up for any form of continuous service. I eventually found out that I had been charged for three months without even knowing it. There were no emails, receipts, or anything else to show that I was being charged every month. When I asked for a refund, they informed me they work like Netflix and Spotify, as if that made the lack of information okay. It definitely surprised me. At the very least, I thought I would get a notice or some other kind of message. I feel absolutely mislead by how the whole situation was handled, though.
