Poker App Freezes My Facebook-Linked Account With 21 Million Chips

4

My account in the poker app that I log into via Facebook (ID: 46705*, username: a* ) was suspended without any explanation. I had approximately 21 million in-game chips in my account, and I urgently need access to this balance. My account is new and only Level 9, and I have not violated any rules. I occasionally joked with other players, but aside from that, I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior.

In an attempt to resolve the issue, I deleted and reinstalled the app and tried logging in from different devices, but none of this worked. I only received an automated message via Facebook Messenger and have not received any further response. I was not given any explanation through the app or via email either.

I request a clear explanation for why my account was suspended and that my account be reinstated. Otherwise, I will lose a balance that I earned with significant effort and will be forced to stop playing the game entirely. I respectfully ask that my issue be resolved urgently.
