Bose Removes SoundTouch 10 Stereo Pairing Feature via Firmware Update

The stereo pairing feature on my Bose SoundTouch 10 speakers—which I have been using for years—was completely removed in May without any reason provided. Yet, this feature was one of the primary reasons I purchased these speakers, and I specifically chose the product for this capability.

Currently, even though my devices are working properly, I can no longer access the stereo pairing feature that I have used and relied on for a long time. Software-based removal of a working feature that we actively use creates a massive disappointment in terms of user experience and completely invalidates our reason for choosing the product.

I sent an email to sgs Elektronik, which was the only channel I could reach as the representative in Turkey, but I could not find any other contact channel to apply to. Therefore, I had to write here to make my voice heard.

I demand that Bose reactivate the stereo pairing feature for SoundTouch 10 speakers and provide users with a clear, explicit explanation as to why this feature was removed in the first place.
