Bose Refused Refund for Faulty SoundSport Free Earbuds After Two Replacements
Expecting great quality, I bought the Bose SoundSport Free earbuds, but two months later the device stopped charging correctly. I sent it in, and three weeks later I was given a replacement that started having the same issue. Clearly, this one is defective when I asked for a return or to trade it for another model. "We can only replace it with the same device." was told. When I asked how many times I would have to go through this process should the replacement fail once again, robotic answers and justification regarding the replacement using "3-4 weeks." Worse, the chat abruptly dropped midway through our conversation, without a fix. For "premium" service, so much more is needed.
