Bose QuietComfort Headphones Disconnect and the Ear Padding Is Breaking
Buying a pair of Bose QuietComfort headphones, I expected the outstanding quality the company guarantees. But only a few weeks of cautious use revealed major problems. Frustratingly often, the headphones disconnect from Bluetooth, cutting off during chats or while listening to music. After some investigation, I discovered that many people apparently have this similar issue. The ear padding has already started to rip and break even though they are kept in their protective case and used just inside. Given such a luxury good, these connectivity and durability problems are inexcusable. I am rather letdown since I relied on Bose to provide a consistent and long-lasting good.
