I purchased a Bosch heat pump in August 2025 and had it installed in Malkara, Tekirdağ. From the moment it was installed, the device turned out to be faulty. On 7 November 2025, a request was created for the defective part, but despite the passing time and the weather getting colder, the problem has still not been resolved. Although I have called customer service and the authorized service many times, I am constantly told that the process is “in transfer” and I feel that I am just being stalled. Bosch is not standing behind its product and, in my opinion, has sold me a defective product.
