I used to really enjoy using my Bosch Unlimited Serie 7 cordless vacuum, but I’ve recently run into a frustrating problem that’s rendered the device partially useless. The vacuum’s powered attachments—like the motorized head—no longer work. After inspecting it, I discovered that the small plastic guide piece responsible for providing the electrical connection between the body and the attachments has broken off.
I’ve always handled the vacuum with care, so it’s extremely disappointing that such a crucial yet flimsy component could break so easily. This shouldn’t happen with a premium product from a brand like Bosch. It now means I can’t use any of the powered functions the vacuum was marketed for.
