I bought a Bosch Ultimate 7 upright vacuum cleaner, but I'm having trouble with the lower roller not functioning properly on carpets. The rotation of the device is smooth and efficient on hardwood and tile surfaces. However, when it comes to carpets, its performance leaves much to be desired. I've tested out different brands of upright vacuums and haven't come across this issue.
Honestly, this situation needs to be resolved because I am not receiving the desired level of performance from the product. Furthermore, whenever I finish vacuuming up cat litter, the vacuum cleaner has a tendency to release the litter back onto the floor once I switch it off.
When it comes to the price-performance and brand performance, I must admit that it falls short of expectations. Other brands at the same price point offer superior performance.
