On Tuesday, October 31, I went to the Sultanbeyli Bosch authorized store to take advantage of a significant discount on a large home appliance. I ended up buying a washing machine as well as a dryer. The next day, a friend and I went to another Bosch location to see if the discount was still available. It was at that point that I realized the products they gave me were not what we had agreed on. I immediately returned to the store where I had made the purchase and asked them to correct the error of entering the incorrect washing machine. Initially, they denied any errors and claimed that we had agreed on that specific machine. Because the salesperson I had negotiated with was on vacation, they asked me to return the following day. I also contacted customer service, but they referred me back to the store, stating that they couldn't help me. According to customer service, the codes entered in the system did not match the ones on my paperwork. Both sets of codes did not correspond to the machine I desired. Because I had purchased a black dryer, I chose the more expensive machine rather than the 16,000 TL machine that fit my budget (although my old machine is still functional). Later, I discovered that the machine they entered into the system was covered in white. The following day, I spoke with the salesperson who insisted they had given me the correct machine. They were rude, including banging the phone on the table and abruptly leaving the conversation. They eventually realized they had given me the wrong machine after checking it with a female colleague, apologized, and asked for my forgiveness. They promised to fix it, but I'd have to pay an extra 600 TL. I agreed and then left. When I got home, the store called again, apologizing but saying they couldn't fix the problem and asking me to either accept the machines or cancel the order. I argued that it wasn't my fault and that I deserved the promotion, but they said they couldn't help me. When I called customer service again and threatened to file a complaint and file legal action, they simply said, "You can use all of your rights," but offered no assistance. The machine they fixed had still been entered incorrectly. I had swapped it for a 10kg machine, but when I checked the code on their website, it was listed as a 9kg machine. I've been dealing with these issues for several days, and I want my complaints resolved.

They called and repeated the same things. They said there was nothing they could do. They did not act ethically at all.
