Bosch Refrigerator Rusting and Staining After 3 Years: Door Replacement Request

Approximately three years ago I bought a Bosch refrigerator, and for about one year I have been seeing rusting and staining on its surfaces. At first it was in a few areas, but over time the rust and stains have clearly increased and spread. Because I do not find it normal for a refrigerator to rust like this in such a short time, I contacted Bosch technical service. As a result of the review, they stated that it is not user error and that the doors need to be replaced. I request that the necessary repair or, if needed, door replacement or product replacement be carried out under appropriate conditions and that this rusting and staining problem be resolved without causing further grievance.
