Bosch Refrigerator Doors Turned Yellow Despite Proper Use and No Chemical Exposure

Last year, the refrigerator in the Bosch brand white goods set I bought for my dowry started to appear yellowish colors on both door surfaces of the refrigerator, even though it was not exposed to any chemicals and was used recently. The service said that this intense defect was "user error and maybe the refrigerator doors can be changed once". If it was my own fault, instead of dotted stains, there would be wiping stains that occurred after being wiped with chemicals. I did not buy this product second-hand, so only the covers will be changed? It was obvious that a defective product was sold. And it is not clear whether I will be able to find a contact person for the incompatibility that will occur on the covers after the new covers are installed. I demand that my product be replaced with a new one instead of the cover replacement. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will go to Consumer Rights.

After my complaint, the company contacted me by phone. They asked for photos via email. They said it was user error based solely on the photos. They insisted that the stains could be caused by chemicals, even though there were no scratches or abrasions on them. When I consulted a few engineer friends, they said that a defective product was sold and it was not user error. I did not use any chemicals, and for it to reach this state, the top varnish must have worn off, then been damaged, and even blistering should occur in the defective areas. None of these are present, so how can it be considered user error just because of the colors coming from underneath? Saying they would replace parts for a fee at the first issue of a product that is still under warranty and newly purchased shows that they do not stand behind the products they sell. We thought it was a global brand and that they would support us in resolving issues. We didn't know they would sell defective products. I repeat, I do not accept the replacement of parts on my device. I want it exchanged for a new device and I do not accept any offers for paid/free part replacement. Do not bother calling me for these offers. I would also like to add that if the device is not replaced, I will file a complaint with all necessary authorities and go to Consumer Rights.
I had written my complaint here before, but there was no solution. After my complaint, the company contacted me by phone. They asked for photos via email. They commented just based on the photos and said it was user error. They insisted that the stains could have been caused by chemicals, even though there were no scratches, wear, etc., on the stains. When I consulted a few engineer friends, they said that a defective product was sold and that it was not user error. I did not use any chemicals, and for it to become like this, the top varnish would have to be removed, then it would have to be damaged, and there would even have to be swelling in the defective areas. When none of these are present, how can it be considered user error just because of the colors coming from underneath? Saying that they would do a paid part replacement for a product that is still under warranty and was recently purchased at the first issue shows that they do not stand behind the products they sell. We thought it was a global brand and they would support us with a solution when we had problems. We didn't know they would sell defective products. I am saying again that I do not accept the part replacement for my device. I want it replaced with a new device and I do not accept any offers for paid/free part replacement. Do not bother calling me or yourselves for these offers. I would like to add that if the device is not replaced, I will file a complaint with all necessary authorities and go to Consumer Rights.
