I bought a Bosch KGP86AIC0N refrigerator in May 2024. It has broken down 4 times in just the last 5 months (August, Sept, Nov, Dec 2025). Each time, it stops cooling and freezing completely. Despite my demand for a replacement after the 3rd failure, Bosch forced another repair on me, claiming "factory experts" would fix it. They failed. Worse, they falsified the service report by omitting the parts they changed (like the dryer) to block my consumer rights, listing only "gas refilling." Current situation: The fridge does not cool. It runs loudly at max speed (despite being sold as a "quiet" premium model). My emails to Bosch are ignored. My floors are damaged from moving this 120kg unit in and out for repairs. I have lost money due to spoiled food. This unit is clearly defective goods. I demand an immediate replacement with a new unit, not another temporary repair.
