I purchased a Bosch refrigerator with model number KGN76AIFON/09 from Bosch dealer Şark Beyaz Eşya in Fatih, Istanbul, and its installation was carried out on 27 March 2022. The refrigerator is under 3 years standard warranty and I additionally extended the warranty to 5 years by paying extra during installation. About one year after installation, the refrigerator started to have a serious cooling problem. Since then, the same problem has recurred several times. Up to now, the technical service has come 4 times, some parts have been replaced, and the main board alone has been replaced twice within one year. Despite these repeated interventions, the cooling problem continues to reappear and I have suffered significant material losses due to spoiled food. During the last service visits, the authorized service teams told me that after 2020 Bosch took the authority for product replacement decisions from them and that they can only come and repair the fault they see. Since my refrigerator is under an extended warranty, they have not requested any payment from me, but as the end consumer I am the one who is constantly suffering and losing time and money. I also made a complaint about the same issue last year, but I did not receive any response. Because the same fault has recurred repeatedly, the main board has been changed twice in a short period of time and the refrigerator still does not perform its basic function of cooling reliably, I no longer trust this product. I also see that other customers are complaining about the Bosch refrigerator with the same model KGN76AIFON/09, so I am concerned that there may be a factory‑related defect in this series. For all these reasons, I request that my Bosch refrigerator be replaced with a new, fault‑free product under warranty and that my ongoing victimization be resolved as soon as possible.

I'm very aggrieved, Bosch doesn't suit me at all.
