The upper section of my Bosch KGN57S50NE/06 series refrigerator does not get cool; the freezer does its job, but the upper section remains warm, maintaining a temperature of at least 10 degrees and frequently reaching 15 degrees. Everything that I put in there goes bad. The customer service technician was unable to come up with a solution. They say that the product is functioning normally before leaving. Despite my deep regret, I have decided to purchase all of my home appliances from Bosch. In the event that the issue cannot be resolved, I believe it ought to be changed out for a new one.
