BlaBlaCar Driver Takes Payment, Never Shows Up, Then Blocks Me

On 06/03/2026, I arranged a trip from Ankara to Antalya with a driver through BlaBlaCar. We were supposed to depart today around 5:00 p.m., and the person said he would come pick me up in person. He asked me for $44 for this trip, and I paid by transferring the money to the IBAN number TR34**************56, registered to a person named U S. After connecting through BlaBlaCar, we continued communicating over WhatsApp, where he shared the IBAN details. After I made the payment, this person never showed up and was nowhere to be found at the agreed time. Afterward, he said he would refund my money and asked for the receipt, but then blocked me and cut off all communication completely. I want to state that I was scammed by this person I met through BlaBlaCar, and that I suffered a loss of $44. I'm requesting that the relevant account, phone number, and the IBAN registered under the name U S be investigated, that the necessary sanctions be applied, and that BlaBlaCar assist in the process of getting my $44 refunded to me.
