BlaBlaCar Driver Mocks Passenger Over Price Negotiation, Refuses Ride

I had a very inappropriate and frustrating experience with a driver while searching for a trip from Kayseri to Izmir through the BlaBlaCar app. I messaged a driver named H****, around 25 years old, who had posted a listing for a trip departing Kayseri at 11:50 p.m. and arriving in Izmir around 10:20 a.m. Initially, a lower price was shown, but shortly after, the driver raised it. I politely asked, "what's your final price?", and he said he could do $26. I mentioned my budget and politely asked for a bit more of a discount. At that point, his tone changed, and he said he wouldn't take me in his car, using a dismissive and disrespectful comment along the lines of "go take the bus." I absolutely don't accept being spoken to this way as a prospective passenger, or having someone arbitrarily back out at the last minute like that. I want BlaBlaCar to urgently review this driver's account and his trips between Kayseri and Izmir, cancel his listings if deemed necessary, and apply the appropriate sanctions against this user. I'm also requesting that I be kept informed about this process.
