Lost ₺10,000 Transferring USDT to Bitget – No Support for ERC-20 Network

I transferred USDT from my cold wallet to my Bitget account using the ERC-20 network, and now I’m facing a ₺10,000 loss. When I spoke with customer support, they told me, "We don't work with that network," and for over two months, they haven’t helped me recover my funds. They said Bitget TR can’t transfer my money back, as ERC-20 isn’t a supported network.

It’s frustrating because it feels like my money is gone, and they’re not providing any solution. Being stuck with a platform that doesn’t care about such losses is extremely disheartening. I need this issue resolved, but Bitget isn’t helping at all.
