Bitget Voided My Profit Without Giving Any Explanation or Justification
On April 20th, I participated in trading VOXEL/USDT on Bitget using a third-party terminal via API access. I acted as a normal trader — no bots, no exploits, no manipulation. I simply responded to live market volatility, as any experienced trader would. The trading was fully legitimate and yielded approximately $1,000,000 in profit. Several hours later, Bitget rolled back my account to the state before the VOXEL trading, effectively erasing all my activity. Yet, they still charged commissions for those now-cancelled trades. Some fees were later refunded, but I’ve received no response regarding the invalidation of my profits. Support remains silent, and honest traders who followed the rules are being ignored. Update: Despite Bitget’s comment here claiming they have responded, I have not received any reply regarding my $1,000,000 issue with the VOXEL trades. I checked all email folders, including spam — no response was found. This is extremely concerning. Refusing to address legitimate trading activity and avoiding direct communication damages Bitget’s credibility. I expect a serious and transparent resolution. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter further through public and legal channels if needed.
