On April 20th, I participated in trading VOXEL/USDT on Bitget using a third-party terminal via API access. I acted as a normal trader — no bots, no exploits, no manipulation. I simply responded to live market volatility, as any experienced trader would. The trading was fully legitimate and yielded approximately $1,000,000 in profit. Several hours later, Bitget rolled back my account to the state before the VOXEL trading, effectively erasing all my activity. Yet, they still charged commissions for those now-cancelled trades. Some fees were later refunded, but I’ve received no response regarding the invalidation of my profits. Support remains silent, and honest traders who followed the rules are being ignored.
