Delayed Withdrawal Request on Bitay Exchange

I initiated a withdrawal request on the Bitay exchange at 2:47 PM yesterday, but despite sending multiple emails and making several phone calls, the withdrawal has yet to be processed. They keep assuring me that they have forwarded my request to their team and that it will be handled as soon as possible. Despite their claims, it has been nearly 29 hours since I created the withdrawal request, and there is no sign of it being executed. Interestingly, Ziraat Bank allows 24/7 withdrawals if approved, but here I am, waiting for so long, despite emphasizing the importance of the situation when I called. This delay is becoming increasingly inconvenient, and I have the impression that my request is being ignored.
