Bitay Halted My Withdrawal Request
It has been 45 days and I still haven't been able to process a withdrawal. Whenever I give them a ring, I'm always met with the same response: "Your funds will be transferred to your account in the near future." However, 45 days have gone by, and it has not yet arrived. Callbacks that were promised within two hours are not delivered. It's an exasperating situation, leaving us feeling powerless as our funds remain in a state of uncertainty. It's about time for a resolution.

It's been two months since I made a withdrawal from Bitay, and they still haven't deposited the money into my account. We call, but no one answers the phones. After two hours, we call again, and the call gets disconnected automatically. They say they will call us back, but they never do. Bitay is a scam; absolutely do not deposit your money. They don't give you your money back. There are no issues when depositing; the money goes into the account immediately. But when it comes to withdrawals, they make you wait two, three, or four months. Enough is enough; Bitay is a bad exchange. Do not trust it at all.
