Bio-Oil Did Not Prevent Stretch Marks Despite Continuous Use During Pregnancy

I started using Bio-Oil as early as my third month of pregnancy, specifically to prevent stretch marks. I applied it regularly and consistently, finishing the entire bottle. However, the product provided no visible results.

By the seventh month, stretch marks began to appear on my stomach, and by the eighth month, they had only worsened, despite my diligent use of the oil. This was extremely disappointing, as I trusted Bio-Oil’s marketing claims and truly believed it would help protect my skin during pregnancy.

I purchased the product from Gratis, so there is no chance that it was counterfeit. The problem is not authenticity but the fact that the product simply does not deliver the promised results.

I feel misled by the advertising and very let down as a consumer. I expected Bio-Oil to at least reduce the risk of stretch marks, but instead I experienced none of the claimed benefits.
