I purchased Bio Oil from Trendyol during my pregnancy, but the product has been completely ineffective. It was advertised as helping to reduce stretch marks and lighten skin spots, yet after consistent use, neither of these issues has improved. The money I spent feels wasted.

The packaging claimed that it would absorb into the skin, but in reality, it does not get absorbed at all—it just sits on the skin with an oily, greasy layer. To make matters worse, the product does not even have an expiration date printed on it, which makes me question its authenticity. I cannot be sure whether it is original or not.

I expected better from both Bio Oil and Trendyol. I am requesting that this issue be addressed properly—either with a refund, replacement, or an explanation. A product marketed for pregnant women’s stretch marks and skin concerns should deliver results, not cause disappointment and doubt about its quality.
